Mirad Builders is a specialist subcontractor licensed under Dubai Municipality, working from Fujairah across every Emirate. We deliver civil, MEP, fit-out and infrastructure works to main contractors — government and private alike — drawn to specification and built layer by layer.
We are a subcontractor by design, not by default. Main contractors bring us a scope — a frame to cast, a riser to run, a floor to finish — and we hold that layer of the programme so they can hold the whole. Government or private, the discipline is the same: inducted crews, clean interfaces, a handover with nothing left open.
The commercial arrangement flexes to suit the project. We price lump-sum packages, place labour under your supervision, or run supply and install on terms that mirror the main contract.
